This place is a great hotel, quite tidy, and they even have a restaurant by the sea 🌊.

The breakfast here is lovely and very good with a wide selection, and the views are great; the location is amazing, very close to historical attractions.

Everything was good, magnificent location just next door to Spaccanapoli, a really good Pizza restaurant, and Naples because of location, welcoming staff. Booked a room with all comforts...

The deluxe king room was updated and neat with breakfast included. Its location was indeed great and incredible and only 5 minutes walk from Spaccanapoli.

This is a lovely hotel in the most beautiful part of Naples. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and very quiet and relaxing, a haven in a busy bustling area full of culture, an area that you would definitely want to visit even if you didn't stay there. Unfortunately Naples, and perhaps particularly the Centro Storico is rife with robberies and you do need to be very vigilant in the streets. Especially don't wear any valuable jewellery of any sort, not even a thin gold chain, as mine was snatched from my neck by a young man passing me in a crowded street.
Lounges, bar and breakfast room have no windows

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English. The rooms are bigger than your normal "European" rooms so that was definitley a plus. Everything is modern and the breakfast is better than your typical European breakfast. The location is perfect because you are close to shopping, restuarants, and the pier. You shouldn't need a rental car. You are also close to the airport so the taxi ride shouldn't be that expensive. I would definitley recommend this hotel.

Internet was paying and did not work properly. The room was small. The bathroom even smaller. The TV did not work well - and someone had stolen control batteries but they had not been replaced (I was told the previous occupants were French). Not very professional staff. Breakfast not great. Noise from works going on.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The location was excellent, being around the corner from the old historical area- we could walk everywhere! The bar was a calm oasis to return to after the busy streets of Naples - the bartender very courteous and delighting us with local canapes to accompany our drinks.
The breakfast staff, although very polite, did not prepare tables so they remained uncleared from previous use and food was not replaced promptly for the buffet. We had to ask for things more than once and did not feel that they were keen to serve. The ambience at breakfast was consequently at odds with the general surroundings, seeming loud and chaotic. The communal areas were not clean and as we walked down the stairs from our fourth floor room, I had dust on my clothes from leaning over the bannister to admire the the view!
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
